Heather and Rose Health is an organic independent natural health store located on The Parade, High Street in Watford town centre. We are proud to support our local community with superior nutritional and healthy living advice and guidance to help you achieve a feeling of general wellbeing. Our team has many years of experience in the natural health product industry.
We stock a high quality of nutritional and herbal supplements, natural beauty and skincare products as well as organic, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free health foods. Our experienced team look forward to welcoming you in our store, where we will work to provide you with a bespoke service tailored to your needs.

At Heather and Rose Health we only source the most natural and organic skincare products. Many of us have a desire to keep our skin healthy-looking and radiant, however, stress, poor diet and pollution can compromise our efforts. We are here to help with our advice and beauty products for any of your skincare needs such as treating dry skin, eczema, fine lines, scars, dandruff or anything else.
Meet the Team
Branka Simic
I’ve always shown a great interest in health and healthy living and have spent many years working in the healthcare industry, providing advice and guidance to numerous customers (at Victoria Health and Panacea Health and Beauty stores in INTU Watford). I hold a variety of qualifications, including two workbook certificates in phytotherapy (herbal remedies) from the A. Vogel Institute, a workbook certificate in Flower Essences, and a Diploma in Aromatherapy from the Tisserand Academy. I have been extensively trained by various healthcare companies, naturopaths, nutritionists, and homeopaths. I am delighted to be a part of Heather and Rose Health’s team with Kasia since October 2019. I really enjoy working with our customers by helping them to achieve their goal of living more healthily and feeling better by recommending products that are tailored to their individual needs. The feedback that I receive from them is my greatest reward. I believe in the power of nature.
Kasia Chajdacki
I was fortunate to have been raised in a large family on a farm near a small village in Poland. Growing up in this rural environment, made me respect and live in tune with nature. My interest in natural supplements and herbal remedies grew strong while I was working in a small health food store in Canada. I have decided to take even more interest in this amazing field, which led me to obtain a Diploma in Nutrition Health and Diet at Ashworth University and later study Holistic Nutrition at the Edison Institute of Nutrition in Toronto. My husband and I decided to relocate to UK in 2015, and upon arriving I got employed with Planet Organic, where I could compare and improve my knowledge about the natural health industry and understand the variety of supplements available on the UK market. I met Branka while working as a manager in Panacea Health and Beauty. Two years later, in the Summer of 2019, an idea of Heather and Rose Health came to life. Seeing how the giving of good nutritional advice could bring happiness and better health to so many gives me great personal fulfillment and joy.
