Eleuthero Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), commonly known as Siberian ginseng is a member of the Araliaceae family. It is a small, woody shrub native to southeastern Russia, northern China, Korea, and Japan. The benefits of Eleuthero were recognized as far back as 2,000 years ago by the Chinese.
