Teabags: Shredded Quebra Pedra leaf, stem and root (Phyllanthus niruri)

Loose Tea: Shredded Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri)

Tea Bags: Infuse1 teabag in freshly boiled water. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes. Drink and enjoy

Loose Tea: Put 3 heaped teaspoons (5g) of Quebra Pedra into a saucepan with 600ml (3 cups) of cold water. Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, strain and serve. Sugar or honey may be added as desired. Drink throughout the day. Quebra pedra can be consumed either hot or cold.
